PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY Last updated: October 2026

Custom & Made to Measure Orders: As our custom, personalised and made-to-measure items are made specifically for you, the legal right to cancel does not apply to them. As a goodwill gesture, you can cancel a custom order before you receive your order processing email by contacting us at hello@hugoandtedltd.com. Once that email has been sent, your order has gone into production and cannot be cancelled.

Ready Made Orders: you have the legal right to cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it. To cancel before despatch, contact us at hello@hugoandtedltd.com. If your order has already been despatched, please follow our Returns Policy to return it.

Subscription & Pre-Orders: We do not currently offer subscription products or pre-orders. If this changes this policy will be updated accordingly.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation please contact us as soon as possible:

We will confirm whether your cancellation can be accepted within 1 working day.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders: Where a cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
