All Hugo and Ted orders are handmade to order with love. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Order Status Guide
Here's what your tracking status means:
- Order Received - We've got your order and our team is getting started.
- Despatched - Your parcel is on its way! Check your shipping confirmation email for your Royal Mail tracking link.
- Out for Delivery - Your parcel is with your local Royal Mail carrier today.
- Delivered - Your parcel has been delivered. Enjoy!
Delivery Timescales
For Core Collection products please allow up to 5 working days for these to be packed and despatched for you. For products that are made to order please allow up to 20 working days from the date of your order before your parcel is despatched.
Once despatched, UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail.
For International orders, delivery times vary by destination - please refer to your shipping confirmation for estimated delivery dates.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If your order was placed more than 20 working days ago and you haven't received a dispatch notification, we'd love to help.
