Each bed is made from our stylish Hugo and Ted print fabric, with a machine-washable, removable pillow and a waterproof base for easy cleanups. The inner pillow is generously stuffed with a mix of fabric offcuts (to reduce waste) and eco-friendly polyester for a plush, plump finish your pup will love.

Inner Pillow: Remove before washing, spot clean or air out regularly
Do not tumble dry or bleach

- Avoid placing near direct heat sources (e.g. radiators or fireplaces)
- Inspect regularly for signs of wear or loose threads
Pet Safety:
- Always supervise puppies and dogs who like to chew
- Not suitable for dogs who are destructive with bedding
- Some dogs may need time to adjust to the enclosed canopy design—introduce gradually with praise and reassurance

All of our products are handmade.
Custom order making times can vary during for reasons such as high demand and if materials are in stock - this means sometimes lead times can be 10-20 working days, which do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please anticipate that your custom order may take this time to be made and then delivered.
If a product is in stock (Simply Hugo and Ted Collection) these are products that are available to be shipped, are premade and are in stock. These items are also non-customisable. We aim to despatch items that are in stock within 5 working days. Stock levels vary, items may be updated to be in stock after you place an order. Please note that items are then subject to a further delivery period depending on the courier.
