PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY Last updated: April 2026
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders As our custom, personalised and made-to-measure items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order please contact us at hello@hugoandtedltd.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Ready to Ship Orders Orders from our Simply Hugo and Ted (Ready to Ship) collection can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hugoandtedltd.com. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and our standard returns policy will apply.
Subscription & Pre-Orders We do not currently offer subscription products or pre-orders. If this changes this policy will be updated accordingly.
How to Cancel To request a cancellation please contact us as soon as possible:

We will confirm whether your cancellation can be accepted within 1 working day.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders Where a cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
