PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY Last updated: April 2026

Custom & Made to Measure Orders: As our custom, personalised and made-to-measure items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order please contact us at hello@hugoandtedltd.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Ready to Ship Orders: can be cancelled before despatch. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hugoandtedltd.com. Once an order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled and our standard returns policy will apply.

Subscription & Pre-Orders: We do not currently offer subscription products or pre-orders. If this changes this policy will be updated accordingly.

We will confirm whether your cancellation can be accepted within 1 working day.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders: Where a cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
