Please measure your dog following our photo or video guide.

• Ensure they are standing naturally on all four paws.
• Measure around the widest part of the chest and lowest part of the neck allowing enough room to slide two fingers underneath. The chest should be the biggest measurement you provide.
• For the back length, ensure you measure from the shoulder blades, not into the neck, to the base of the tail.
• For the most accurate fit, please do not measure your dog while they are sitting, lying down or wearing clothing.
• If you intend on using a harness beneath a coat please take this into consideration when providing your measurements.

Measure all the way around the widest and deepest part of your dog’s chest. Do not pull the tape into the fur or tight into the body, make sure you can fit two fingers between the tape and the body.

The chest should usually be your dog’s largest measurement. If it is not, please check that you have measured around the fullest part.

Measure from the shoulder blades, around where the neck meets the body, along the spine to the base of the tail.

Please do not measure from the collar, into the neck or continue along the tail. Your dog’s back length should not usually be greater than their chest measurement, so we recommend checking both measurements if this occurs.

Measure around the lower part of the neck, where the neckline of the garment will naturally sit. Do not measure tightly around the top of the neck where a collar would normally sit.

Remember to allow enough room to comfortably fit two fingers underneath the measuring tape.

Made to measure items are created specifically using the measurements selected when ordering. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds when an item does not fit because incorrect measurements were supplied.

Please take the time to measure carefully and check every measurement before completing your order.

Always round measurements up rather than down. For example, if your dog measures 18.5 inches, please select 19 inches.

Choosing a smaller measurement may result in the garment being too tight or restricting your dog’s movement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accurately recommend a size using breed, age or weight alone. Dogs of the same breed and weight can have very different proportions, so we always require their current chest, back length and neck measurements.

We recommend measuring your dog again before every order, particularly if they are a puppy, have gained or lost weight, or if some time has passed since their previous purchase.

We will make your item using the measurements selected on your new order and will not automatically refer back to measurements from a previous purchase.

Our dog clothing is made using your dog’s individual measurements rather than their breed or weight. Please measure your dog’s chest, back length and neck, then select the corresponding size from the product page. If you are ordering a standard size, please choose the size closest to these measurements.

If your dog falls between two sizes, always choose the larger size.

Puppies grow at different rates, so we cannot predict their future measurements or advise how much growing room to add.

Please measure your puppy before ordering and decide whether you would like to add any additional room for growth. Any extra growing room must be added by you when selecting the measurements, and adding too much may initially result in a looser fit. No. Please measure your dog directly rather than measuring an existing item of clothing. Different fabrics, designs and brands may fit differently, so garment measurements may not provide an accurate result.
