Hello! We're Hugo and Ted! We're both Long Haired Miniature Dachshunds living our best lives in Alvechurch, Worcestershire (in the UK!). Hugo (Black and Tan) loves nothing more than destroying a soft toy and having a good play whilst Ted (Cream) would sleep for 36 hours a day if he could!

In November 2020 Mom established our business primarily because she struggled to find jumpers and coats that fitted our long sausage bodies but also because she lost all of her work as a professional violinist to the Coronavirus pandemic. She started Hugo and Ted from her spare bedroom and within 12 months had outgrown our first unit and was able to offer three seamstresses full time work.Unlike a lot of bigger brands, we are a small team nestled in the Worcestershire countryside and we design, cut and make all of our clothing in house. We specialise in custom and bespoke products allowing customers to create their own unique items with a variety of fabric choices and personalisation options with embroidery.

As a brand we are super eco-conscious, we reuse as much as we can and offer rope toys, snuffle mats and beds that use our fabric remnants to reduce our waste. All of our products are sustainably made and all of our packaging is plastic free. We source all of our fabric through UK based suppliers and all fabric adheres to OEKO-TEX standard 100.We hand-make all of our dog jumpers, coats, harnesses, beds, snuggle sacks along with matching hooman fleeces, gilets, dresses, hoodies and more. Our made to measure service ensures that we cater for all breeds, all shapes, sizes and special requirements.Whether it be a raincoat, cooling t-shirt or jumper, all of our products are made to be versatile with different options to suit all seasons. As we grow, we hope to become a one stop shop for all dog and hooman products, offering a wide range of practical, high-quality and distinctive clothing options.
